A career in administration

Khasmin has been the practice manager at MercyAscot Head & Neck Service since 2018. She oversees a small administration team consisting of a patient care manager and surgical bookings manager. Working together they manage all incoming referrals, clinics, and surgical scheduling for the specialists.

Born in the Waikato on a dairy farm, Khasmin moved to Auckland in 2010 after spending a few years in Taranaki. She is the oldest child of a large, blended family, with six younger brothers. In her spare time, Khasmin enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends, including two rescue pets: a cat named Aspen and a dog named Peanut.
